These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer-protection rights in the customer’s country of residence will continue to apply where required. For UK consumers, nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or unsuitable goods and online cancellation rights. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should try in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting contact@saminton.com. Any dispute-resolution or venue provision must be reviewed by a Tennessee attorney and, for UK sales, a UK-qualified adviser because enforceability can depend on the facts and applicable law.
